We are looking for a Support Engineer to join our expanding support team to provide high quality support to our clients and IT support to internal Ostmodern staff.

You must have experience in providing high quality 1st line technical support to both external and internal clients. You will be our users’ go to person, so the ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for providing the highest level of customer service. You will also be assisting other teams to help resolve user issues.
